Touch down in Olbia Airport and transfer to Cala Gonone, a beautiful seaside town on Sardinia's eastern coast. Your home for the week is the Hotel L'Oasi, a lovely 3 star hotel with stunning views over the bay of Cala Gonone, within short walking distance from local amenities and the stunning beaches Sardinia is famous for. Kickstart your island adventure with some hiking and dry canyoning, ending at the beautiful Cala Fuili cove. Begin with an uphill hike along ancient mule tracks, built by charcoal burners in the nineteenth century, to reach the entrance point to the Codula Fuili canyon. Next, gear up with harnesses and helmets and start the thrilling wild descent all the way to the coast. The canyon becomes gradually narrower and deeper, so your guide will assist you as you abseil down four drops (maximum height 20 metres) to the very heart of the gorge. Continue along the ancient riverbed until you reach the beach at Cala Fuili, where it's time to relax and enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear Mediterranean.

  2. Day 3

    Kayak tranquil Lake Cedrino

    Show Day 3 detail

Today will be spent kayaking Lake Cedrino, one of the quietest spots in the whole of Sardinia. After rushing through deep canyons, endless underground rivers and deep caves, the waters flowing from the Supramonte range merge in this oasis of peace. Setting off from a midpoint station, you'll paddle along different sections of the lake, amongst high limestone walls and basaltic columns. Enjoy a stop by the Grotta del Guano and the old church of San Pantaleo, dating back to 1600 and reachable only from the water. Back in Cala Gonone later in the day, enjoy a few hours at leisure or head into town for some drinks and food.

    Day 4

    Sail Sardina's turquoise waters

    Hotel

    Show Day 4 detail

Enjoy a leisurely day along Sardinia's breathtaking Gulf of Orosei, hopping from beach to beach and swimming in stunning beaches and coves. Your private motor boat will leave the port of Cala Gonone to cruise along the spectacular sea cliffs which make this area so famous. There will be plenty of stops to explore and relax, including the iconic Cala Mariolu and Cala Sisine.

During this thrilling coasteering adventure, you'll have the opportunity to jump into the sea from various heights, including an eight-metre option. There will be some swimming time with optional snorkelling too, and you'll end the day with a quick visit to the enormous cave of Biddiriscottai, followed by a short climb (via ferrata) up to the panoramic road above the cliffs, from where you'll walk back to your accomodation.

Trip level explained

Level 3

Moderate

This trip is designed to appeal to a wide range of people. All of the activities can be done without any previous experience – you'll have an expert guide to show you the ropes and help you navigate the canyoning, coasteering and kayaking. A few of the trails will involve narrow parts with exposed sections and you'll also be expected to abseil (up to 20 metres) or jump from the cliffs (up to 8 metres), so those with an extreme fear of heights should be wary, but it's really quite a relaxed hike managed by people of all ages and fitness levels. You must also be comfortable swimming in the sea if you wish to join the coasteering tour.

You don’t have to know how to abseil. Your professional mountain guide will take care of all rope manoeuvres. You just need to relax and carefully follow their instructions.

What will I need to carry?

Each day you'll just need to have a daypack carrying the items you'll need for that activity. Your host will let you know what you need to take the next day each evening so you can be prepared. Where required the guide will have rolltop drybags to keep your things from getting wet. Please read the Kit List section for the suggested packing list for this trip.

Climate Factors To Consider

This trip visits locations where daytime temperatures can be extremely high during the times of year when this trip operates. High humidity and limited access to shade can also be factors, and warm temperatures can continue into the nighttime, which additionally influence the body’s ability to cool down. Personal care should be taken to keep as cool as possible in the conditions, such as wearing appropriate clothing and proper hydration. Very high temperatures can impair an individual’s physical abilities to perform an activity that they may otherwise be able to do competently at cooler temperatures. People may experience symptoms associated with dehydration and Heat Stroke (opens in new tab). Your guide(s) are trained to mitigate the risks associated with high temperatures, by carefully managing the intensity of the activity, and to provide the appropriate support response should someone feel ill during the trip. Should you experience health issues during your trip you should inform your guide immediately so the proper care can be provided.

Remote environment: factors to consider

Some parts of this trip take place in areas where access to medical facilities and emergency services may be limited. This may mean that reaching medical care takes longer than you might normally expect, or that local medical facilities have fewer resources than those you may be used to at home.

If someone becomes unwell or injured, initial treatment may be provided locally before onward travel to a larger hospital or city for further care. Evacuation could involve changing the planned route or using different forms of transport to reach appropriate medical facilities. Mobile phone coverage may also be intermittent in some locations.

Your guide is trained to manage situations in remote environments and will monitor the group and respond appropriately if any issues arise. However, it’s important that you let your guide know straight away if you feel unwell or experience any health concerns during the trip.

Before booking, consider your personal health and ability to travel in locations where access to medical care may be delayed. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, we recommend seeking advice from a medical professional and discussing them with your host before travelling.

All travellers must have suitable travel insurance that covers the activities included in the trip and emergency medical evacuation if required.

Thoroughly enjoyed this trip. I normally go for more challenging, hiking trips but opted for this multi-activity week for a change and to try something new and I'm glad I did. I particularly enjoyed the coasteering, lots of fun! The canyoning was new to me and has inspired me to learn rope skills to pursue this further. For the sea kayaking you are in a tandem kayak, I would have preferred this to be in singles (or at least to have the option) as in tandem you are focusing on keeping a rythym with your partner rather than enjoying the scenery and pacing it, but still a fun day out. You also get plenty of time to relax and explore on this trip. Sardinia is an amazing island with what must be one of the most spectacular coastlines in the world, and Cala Gonone is a very beautiful place to be, plenty of restaurants and a lively buzz. The hotel is very nice, great pool and the staff are brilliant. Our tour guides Davide and Laura were great and accommodated everyone perfectly. Our group were all great company all got along really well. All in all a great experience I'm glad I did!

This was a super, action-packed week in a truly stunning part of Sardinia with dramatic mountains and ravines, fantastic food and the most incredible blue sea. This was my first adventure holiday and although it was rated 3 for difficulty, I personally found some of the days pretty challenging! I was definitely the least adventurous and least competent of the group and there were some pretty incredible and occasionally quite terrifying (for me!) moments. Coasteering was a favourite with most of the group, although I found it the toughest day. Ironically, canyoning, which initially felt very daunting, ended up being one of my real highlights. Making my way through some pretty intense and beautiful ravines was an amazing experience and I felt genuinely proud of what I achieved. The sea conditions meant the itinerary had to be rearranged, so our boat trip/rest day came quite late in the week, when I could have done with a little more downtime (not being a natural adventurer I was pretty exhausted). The guides, Davide and Laura, were incredible, professional, highly competent and so encouraging (literally talking me down from ledges at times!) I can't speak more highly of them, they were amazing. The group was great fun with some big personalities, and everyone was very supportive when things got challenging. And the final night at the shepherd’s hut, with its amazing gourmet Sardinian feast was the perfect ending. I really enjoyed the week and now I know what’s involved, I’d definitely consider doing another adventure holiday with MBA. I came home slightly battered but immensely proud of myself! I would absolutely recommend bookending the holiday with a couple of rest days either side!

Incredible week in Cala Gonone, Sardinia, loved every second of the multi adventure trip!. I could say that at least a bit of upper body strength is needed to keep the group rhythm flowing but our guides Davide and Laura were great, Davide was super patient and accommodating and always made you feel safe and at ease. The hotel was brilliant and the pool a dream. This was not my first MBA rodeo and after a few don't know how but they just keep getting better and better! . I loved costeering and canyoning the most as they were new to me and all shared with a very cool, fun and amazing group of people :) so my advice don't think, jump and book it! That was no.4, so just thinking where to next!?

This was such a fun trip, with a fantastic bunch of people, really fun activities, great food, belly laughs and a good amount of challenge to push us outside of our comfort zones. Our guides, Davide and Laura, were fantastic and did a wonderful job of supporting individuals who were struggling, whilst also keeping the group moving forward. It was my first solo trip like this and I can't wait to book another - highly recommended!

  • Joy G.

Well thought out activities however at times there was a lot of waiting around as 12 is a large group. It would have been better to have had 2 groups, especially for coasteering as given it was rated 3 there were several people who were less agile and confident on rocks. It's a beautiful place and Davide our guide was absolutely brilliant. He was so calm and made everyone feel confident.

We were going to give this trip 1 star, but that was only because it had to end! What a week! This was our first group activity holiday and it certainly won’t be our last. The group were a great bunch of likeminded people spanning from 24-60+, from different backgrounds and with range of abilities so there was always a story to tell, help at hand and a laugh to have. We were the only couple of the group but that didn’t hinder or alter our experiences. It’s a great trip for solo, partners or groups! Hotel was wonderful! Comfortable rooms, private terraces, lovely pool and a great breakfast too. (Don’t forget your pocket egg or pastry for the excursions) Our itinerary changed slightly due to the weather conditions at sea being a little rougher towards the end of week. We commenced with the hike - one of the longer days, with some scrambling involved. Quite tricky for weaker ankles and short legs in this places. Wear good comfortable shoes! Water was provided and you’ll need plenty. Day two was the coasteering. The most challenging physically and mentally but our favourite day. We weren’t sure what to expect but were met with rocky outcrops out to sea to clamber scramble and climb over. Incredible views and really fun jumps into the sea at the end of each section. Top tip - don’t think about the jumps JUST JUMP! The buzz was electric. You won’t necessarily need gloves, but a good pair of grippy shoes like trail trainers were very useful. Just be prepared to get wet and have the odd scratch and bruise - but trust us it’s worth it! Day three - canyoning. A downhill walk through the gorges and mountains broken up with sections of rappelling, each one longer than the last. Davide our guide made us feel so safe and at ease that it was a chilled fun day for us all, ending at a beautiful beach with some serious crashing waves to watch. The boat day differed most from what we expected. Don’t think catamaran, Prosecco and sun bathing, think high speeds on a RIB with explorations of hidden beaches, caves and some very cool snorkelling spots! Another fun filled, high energy day. You’ll need water and swim stuff but not much else. Lunch was provided and was very tasty. Having the ability to take snorkels from the hotel was super handy too. There’s time for a beer on the beach but don’t go wild. Final day was kayaking. A great workout for the shoulders if the winds are against you but absolutely brilliant fun. Seeing the stretch of rocks from the coasteering day from the sea was really cool. It really confirmed how much of a challenge it was. Ending the week on the sandy beach for a swim and a snorkel was really rewarding. Gloves may be beneficial here as the oars can rub on the thumb. To round off the week Davide and Laura took us to a shepherds hut for dinner deep in the mountains. I don’t want to say too much as it will ruin the incredible evening ahead of you but GO HUNGRY! It was sensational and we loved every minute. Davide and Laura were brilliant hosts and guides. Friendly, encouraging and supportive. Always up for a laugh and to help with anything you needed. We were all a real team by the end of the week. Overall we had the best experience and can’t wait to book our next one

This was my first MBA adventure, and it won't be my last! I came by myself, a first for me. I enjoyed all the activities, as an active person who loves paddle boarding, hiking and mountain biking, I found all the activities well within my comfort zone. There were others on the group, however, who found it very challenging. The hike is on very uneven terrain, so surefootedness is essential. The coasteering was really excellent fun with some scrambling over sharp rocks (I had full fingered neoprene gloves, which were protective and comfortable) and the jumps were fantastic fun! I was concerned the canyoning would be less. fun because the river bed is dry. How mistaken I was! The rappels were spectacular, the canyon walls were stunning and it was a really enjoyable day. The 'cruise' is a boat trip on a rib, but it gets you into some small and beautiful spots with lots of time for relaxing on beaches and snorkeling with fish - you can borrow snorkels from the hotel. For me the kayaking was the hardest day because we had a head wind which made it a challenge, but the beach was beautiful with soft sand to relax on. The hotel was lovely, though the restaurant wasn't open so we had to walk down to Cala Gonone centre for food each day, which is down a steep hill! There was enough time to relax on the beaches or by the pool, which I appreciated after an active day. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this adventure. We had a great group, it was nice to meet lots of new folk from across the British Isles, and the USA!

  • Great organisation by fabulous guides

    Maggie A. September 2026
Great organisation by fabulous guides Davide and Laura, challenging but very rewarding with a great group. Need to love and be a confident swimmer. Plenty of time to relax after the activities and lovely surprise meal to end the trip. Sardinia so beautiful.
  • Gorgeous Sardinia!

    Brittany P. September 2026
Such a great tour made even better by fantastic guides. Davide and Laura were amazing. A great week with a perfect balance of adventure and relaxing. Would recommend.
  • Epic week of adventure

    Karen B. September 2026
Amazing week with a super fun group. Our guides Davide and Laura were wonderful. All the activities were fun and challenging. Even though we couldn’t do coasteering due to rough waters, the alternative plan was great. The hotel was lovely and a short distance to town.
  • Davide, Laura and Ivan were

    Rosa G. September 2026
Davide, Laura and Ivan were fantastic guides who were very supportive and made the activities so much fun! They were so great at adapting the activities to provide more or less challenge for the range of abilities in our group. Sardinia is beautiful and the canyons and seas are truly epic - I never got over how beautiful the scenery was!

  • A Lovely Adventure

    Elizabeth S. July 2026
Our guides were knowledgable and kind, the land and sea are beautiful, I wish I could stay forever! Pack light and bring a portable fan, the sun can get really hot. But having the hikes ending at the ocean made for a delightful treat to relax and cool down.
  • Adventure in Cala Gonone

    Kristofer K. July 2026
A fantastic guided adventure in Cala Gonone, Sardinia! Every day offered something different—hiking, rappelling, a boat trip to stunning beaches, cliff jumping, and kayaking. The guides were great, the scenery was incredible, and the itinerary struck a perfect balance between adventure and relaxation. The trip left me wanting to return to Sardinia and explore even more!
  • Give it a go!

    Marie I. July 2026
This was my first solo adventure and I couldn’t believe it, it was as if this trip was made specifically for me. Sardinia was so amazing beautiful, from the hotel and its superb swimming pool, to the daily activities. You could see how the daily activities were well thought out, challenging but fun, leaving me feeling proud of my achievements at the end of every day. Small groups helped as it was so easy to make new friends and bond as a team. The guidance and support from our guides was phenomenal, actually felt like they were part of our team, true natives to Sardinia, there wasn’t anything they didn’t know. I will definitely be keeping in touch with my group, also I will be booking another trip with MBA next year. Thank you MBA for taking me out of my comfort zone and making me proud of my achievements. Marie

    James O. July 2026
I've not gone on an activity holiday before and wasn't entirely sure I was going to enjoy it but the guides and team over in Sardinia looked after the group and in both big and small ways looked after us. I was also luck to have a fantastic, friendly and chatty group around me. Would happily do it again.
  • So Much Sweaty Fun!

    Abigail G. July 2026
I picked this trip as a Mom and Son trip, knowing the outdoor adventures on paper would be a slam dunk for my athletic kid. What we found in the adorable seaside town of Cala Ganone, and surrounding seascapes, were daily adventures full of laughs, leaps and challenging feats while exploring the canyons, cliffs, and caves of this beautiful region. Our fearless guide, Davide (the GOAT!) knows this area like it’s his backyard and shared so many beautiful secrets and lasting memories. Our group was a perfect match- boisterous and very adventurous- which tempered the very hot temperatures and made jumping into the sea so much more fun. Alongside Davide, Ivan, Patricia and Lauren helped to curate a week of amazing experiences for which I am so grateful. The accommodations provided daily breakfast and poolside gatherings. Walking into town was easy for lunches and dinners and grocery needs. The week was well planned and couldn’t have been any better. Overall this trip was a 10, but I’ll guess I’ll settle for 5/5 stars!
  • Unforgettable adventures in Sardinia!

    Linda C. July 2026
The guides were exceptionally knowledgeable, supportive, and made every activity feel safe and enjoyable. The adventures were spectacular, and the island’s breathtaking landscapes exceeded every expectation. A truly outstanding experience that I highly recommend.
  • Excellent adventure in Sardinia

    van N. July 2026
This adventure is very well organized with a diverse list of physical activities along the beautiful wild coast of Sardinia
  • 5/5 Stars! Cliffs, cocktails and the ultimate Sardinian adventure!

    Karen M. July 2026
This trip was the absolute perfect cocktail, pun intended, of challenging activity, free time to relax or explore, and ample opportunities to indulge in delightful Italian food, gelato, and a drink (or two!). The organisation was seamless. Each day brought a completely new adventure, from hiking and sea kayaking to coasteering and abseiling. All of this was flawlessly supported by our wonderful, friendly, and highly experienced local guides: Davide, Patrizia, Lauren, and Ivan. I genuinely had the best time and loved that every single day brought its own unique challenge. It’s hard to pick a favourite, but I’m going to have to say the coasteering. Because honestly, who doesn’t want to throw themselves off cliffs into the sea?! The group on this trip was just awesome. We had a brilliant mix of solo travellers, couples, and friends. We all got on incredibly well and essentially became each other’s personal mascots, cheering each other on, encouraging everyone to meet the challenges head-on, and pushing through our comfort zones together. I pretty much spent the entire week laughing! (well except when I wasn't hanging on for dear life. . . just kidding!) My recommendations Bring Gloves for Coasteering: I’d highly advise packing a pair of lightweight, full-finger climbing gloves. The volcanic rocks are seriously sharp, and your hands will thank you! Read the Itinerary (Seriously, Just Read It!): This trip is graded as 'Moderate', and it genuinely is. You need to have a reasonable level of fitness and be prepared for what each day throws at you. The information is all laid out perfectly by the team, you’ve just gotta read it before you book & pack your bags! 😉 Check the Weather: It was super hot at the beginning of our trip, which definitely added an extra layer of challenge. Just note the time of year you are booking and be aware of the temperatures so you can prep accordingly. Pack the mozzie spray: Those little blighters, really do love to take a nibble! Overall, this trip is a definitive 5 out of 5. I have been on several MBA trips now, and while they are all fantastic for different reasons, Sardinia rates right up there among the absolute best for its balance of activities, pure fun, and top-tier organisation. A huge thank you once again to the fantastic ;ocal guide team, and an even bigger thank you to the most amazing group of people I had the pleasure of meeting!
  • Canyoning amazing !

    Teresa B. June 2026
I really enjoyed the mix of activities, and the chance to have some relaxed time with the rest of the group and on our own. A hotel accommodation was fabulous, the weather was perfect, we met some lovely people and the guides were brilliant. I loved kayaking and Canyoning and finishing the day off on beautiful beaches. I wasn’t keen on a particular climb coasteering , where I had to climb up the ‘ chimney’ I found this particular part very scary, and I would find an alternative route next time, although to be fair Davide our excellent guide did point out an alternative route. . still I did not know what I was letting myself in for until it was too late! The gelato ice cream is to die for the views are just stunning. I would absolutely recommend this adventure. We are still talking about it. !!
  • Awesome week of adventure!

    Kirsten E. June 2026
A great variety of fun and challenging activities with a good balance of downtime. The perfect way to experience beautiful Sardinia! We had a great guide, Davide (and Laura for the kayaking and driving), who was so helpful and kind and always made us feel safe. My stand out activities were the coasteering and canyoning (would recommend climbing/weights gloves for the former as the rocks can be super sharp). The sea kayaking was pretty tough on the way back, going against the tide, so be prepared for that. The final group meal was definitely my favourite evening - go with an empty stomach ready for a feast!!
  • Relaxation, adventure and everything in between!

    Virginia S. October 2025
What a fantastic tour, our guide Ivan couldn't do enough for us. He switched up the days of each activity depending on the weather and gave us a full brief the evening before so we knew what to take with us. Hotel was very clean and spacious rooms, lots of choice at breakfast. Not far to walk into town but a very steep hill to come back up! Tips: wear insect repellant for the hike and coasteering, take gloves for the canyoning, coasteering and kayaking, sea shoes for the boat trip (the beaches were shingles/rock so you might need these for ease of getting in/out of the sea and the boat). As always, the people make the trip and we had an awesome group which made the week all the more enjoyable! I'd also recommend doing the optional wine tasting, great wine and lots of food. If you're on the fence about booking this trip, just do it, you won't regret it :)
  • For adventure seekers!

    Ollin M. October 2025
Ivan was the best tour guide and had a great itinerary set up for us! From the first dinner he was very welcoming, through out the trip was extremely encouraging and helpful. For the coasteering, it was WONDERFUL but recommend gloves for the sharp rocks and pants instead of shorts. Cliff jumping was exhilarating and the multiple height options were appreciated by everyone. All of the beaches visited throughout the trip were amazing and diverse enough. Would highly recommend water shoes for every beach as the beaches are very pebbly/rocky. The canyoning was super fun and repelling with Ivan and team felt safe and exciting. Thanks to Ivan and team for a great adventurous trip. The Hotel location is the best part of the hotel which has an amazing view - the walk back to the hotel is worth that view!
  • Best Adventure EVER!

    Grace M. September 2025
This trip was amazing! We abseiled, hiked, swam, explored caves, kayaked - it was the most incredible adventure through the most beautiful landscapes, with the most awesome people! I made some great friends. The accommodation was stunning too, and perfectly located; a short walk from town. Ivan organised it so well, going that extra mile to make sure we all had an exceptional time. He even suggested extra activities that we could do in our down time. A few of us additionally rode horses, went wine tasting and visited a spa, upon Ivan's recommendation. It was all incredible. I can't recommend highly enough.

Her passion evolved into a career, backed by a decade of studies including degrees in international tourism and destination management. She’s worked in the adventure travel sector since 2012, living in Italy, the UK, and now sunny Portugal.

Over twenty years, Marta has explored over 55 countries, visiting remote areas like Ghana, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Haiti and Nepal’s Upper Mustang region. As a Senior Adventure Expansion Manager at Much Better Adventures, she focuses on creating life-changing experiences, ranging from multi-activity adventures, challenging treks to ultimate adventures in iconic places. She loves the challenge of finding the best local adventure hosts around the world, collaborating on adventures that offer genuine immersion, pushing beyond the beaten path and working on exclusive itineraries that challenge your comfort zone.

What makes her tick? Enabling people to live adventure-rich lives while positively impacting and empowering local communities around the world, generating sustainable opportunities for both the host, guides, community, and the environment.

You don’t have to know how to abseil. Your professional mountain guide will take care of all rope manoeuvres. You just need to relax and carefully follow their instructions.

Tap water in Sardinia is safe to drink so please bring a 1.5-2L refillable bottle with you to avoid purchasing single-use plastic bottles locally.

Your host will be checking the weather forecast before and during the trip. Depending on the forecast for the week some days of the itinerary may be swapped around in order to make the most of the conditions each day. Your guide will brief the group throughout the trip with updates on what the plan is to keep you informed. This flexible approach in the itinerary is necessary as several of the activities are water-based and more impacted by the wind and rain than hiking for example.

This trip operates in areas where daytime temperatures can reach extreme highs, where limited shade and high humidity can also be a factor. These conditions can affect physical performance and increase the risk of dehydration or heat-related illness. Your guide will adjust the pace and monitor the group closely, but hydration, proper clothing, and sun protection are essential.

Before travelling, consider your ability to be active in high temperatures and consult a medical professional if you have concerns – especially if you have any cardiovascular or heat-sensitive conditions. Arriving a day or two prior to the trip may help you adjust gradually to the heat.

Sure can! Over 70% of our travellers travel solo, it’s a great way to meet like-minded people.

From May to October the daytime temperatures in Sardinia range from 22–35°C and cool off to 15–25°C at night. You'll have plenty of time at the beach and out at sea during the trip, so there will be always the chance to refresh in the water should the weather get really hot. Unseasonable weather is possible at any time of year, but your guide will be assessing the weather conditions daily and will plan the walking times, routes and schedules accordingly. Continuous rain is uncommon, so you're sure to get a lot of sun.

We partner with the World Land Trust to ensure this trip achieves Net-Zero emissions. We also support their Buy an Acre programme, helping local communities to buy and protect natural habitats in perpetuity.

What's the number?
It works out on average at 200kg of CO2 emissions per person, including all local transport, accommodation, food, activities, guides, staff and office operations.

The only thing it doesn’t include right now is flights and travel to the destination. We do make an overall estimate across all our customers separately, but as we don’t book flights, have customers from all corners of the world, and no way of reliably knowing their travel plans, we simply can’t include an individual number in the figure on display here. We’ve got a goal to fix that, so that when you book, there is a way to measure and mitigate the carbon emitted by your flight too.

But what does the number mean?
Yep, hard to picture eh? To give you an idea:

  • Driving 1000 miles/1609km would be approximately 281kg of CO2 in an average car (or 140.5kg per person, if there were two of you in it).
  • A return economy class flight between London and New York would be approximately 1619kg (1.66 tonnes) per person.
  • 10 trees in a temperate forest are estimated to remove approximately 250kg of CO2 from the air in a period of 5-10 years.

What are we doing about it?
Our trips are relatively low-carbon by design, and we're working with all our hosts to develop long term carbon reduction plans. We partner with the World Land Trust (opens in new tab) to ensure this trip achieves Net-Zero emissions. We also support their Buy an Acre (opens in new tab) programme, helping local communities to buy and protect natural habitats in perpetuity, ensuring the protection of the reserve and its wildlife.

Want to know more?
Amazingly, no international travel company has ever publicly published their carbon measurements before, as far as we know. We believe that must change, quickly. So we’re openly sharing the method we used in the hope that other companies will be able to more easily follow suit and build on what we've done so far. You'll find it all here (opens in new tab).
